1. general

Plamena Jewelry ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://plamenajewelry.com) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

 

Subject to stock availability. We strive to maintain accurate stock levels on our website, but occasionally, discrepancies may occur, and we might not be able to fulfill your entire order at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will ship the available items to you and contact you to ask if you would prefer to wait for the back-ordered item to be restocked or if you would prefer a refund.

Shipping times vary according to country, the information below should be used as a guideline/estimate.

2. shipping & dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 business days of payment of order. All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and official bank holidays. We recommend you order soon, so you get your exclusive gemstone Plamena jewelry in time.

 

All order will be shipped inside a handmade wood Plamena Jewelry box. 

 

We ship orders from Bali, Indonesia to almost every country in the world via trackable post EMS or JNT Express door to door service. Every order we receive will be promptly processed within 1-3 business days from the receipt of your order confirmation and payment. Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

3. tracking

You will receive a tracking number in 24-48 hours after your order is confirmed. If you would like to check the status of a shipped order, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Contact us by email at info@plamenajewelry.com or WhatsApp or Instagram Direct  or Telegram 

 

If a package is sent to an incorrect address where the customer entered an incorrect shipping address, it can not be refunded if lost.

4. quick delivery on bali

For local orders, Plamena Jewelry offer Quick Delivery through the our Courier Service. Our courier will contact you in advance at the number you provide to coordinate with you for the delivery of your jewelry. Please specify the phone number to which one of the messengers is attached 

5. shipping rates and estimates

Free shipping for all orders within Indonesia within 1 to 3 business days using JNE, JNT, or Pos Indonesia.


For International shipping we using EMS Express or Regular Delivery Service. 
 

Via EMS Express : 5-7 business days for express service.

Via EMS Regular: 7-14 business days for regular service.

Shipping cost will be Calculated automatically by our website checkout shopping cart software. If you prefer to use a different shipping company than ours, please Contact Us, and we will follow up your shipping choice accordingly.

6. customs & duty 

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. *** These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.***  We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Plamena Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. Plamena Jewelry will not process any refunds on returning parcels that have been sent back initiated by the shipping company because customer refuses to pay potential custom clearance.

7. lost parcels & delivery duties

Plamena Jewelry cannot be responsible for any orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If we do not receive correct shipping information at the time of your order or within 12 hours of your order being placed, we are not liable for any costs incurred to retrieve or resend your order or for any lost or irretrievable packages. Any delivery issues or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a lost package, we will do everything in our power to correspond with the respective couriers to retrieve your package or to file a claim for the value of the goods. Any extra costs incurred by Plamena Jewelry are the responsibility of the customer.

8. chargebacks and bank disputes

Any chargebacks or disputes filed by a customer to their bank before corresponding with Plamena Jewelry will be considered in poor faith. Plamena Jewelry will do everything in its power to resolve the issue directly with the customer as per the policies above. Chargebacks or Disputes may extend this process by several months before any refunds or resolutions can be made. Any costs incurred by Plamena Jewelry due to chargebacks or disputes are the responsibility of the customer.
